This is a set of 10 laminated card, each card is printed with the # of the sequence and the sound. The Sacred Platform is the first Warriors Technique of Discipline that is taught on the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path. It activates each of the 10 Chakras through pressure points, breath, sound and sigil.
